Based in Baku, Azerbaijan, the Gənclərin İntellektual İnkişafına Yardım İctimai Birliyi (IB Azerbaijan) is a youth-led organization dedicated to promoting education, innovation, and social progress. For more than ten years, the Club has become a bridge connecting young people to local and international opportunities, enabling them to develop essential skills in leadership, critical thinking, and professional growth.

 

IB Azerbaijan believes that young people have the power to shape a better society. Through Erasmus+ exchanges, digital literacy programs, and community-driven projects, the organization helps them learn, collaborate, and create meaningful change. Its mission is to provide a supportive space where young people can think globally and act locally, working together toward a fair, inclusive, and sustainable future for Azerbaijan and beyond.
